The survey identified over 3,500 Greek academics in leading universities abroad and collected survey responses from almost 500 individuals working in 109 universities in 19 different countries. By shedding light on their motivations and hesitations, Deon will set forth practical policy recommendations focused on helping Greece transform its universities into global leaders while rekindling ties with its academic diaspora.
